Mark’s Hand Reared Birds Cages & Accessories accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging. No products may be returned to Mark’s Hand Reared Birds Cages & Accessories without the prior written consent of Mark’s Hand Reared Birds Cages & Accessories and are subject to a return charge.
Cancelling your order
As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 days and will be refunded amount of your order to their account the order originally was paid from.

We recently got our sun conure Woody from Mark. Woody is a credit to the work Mark puts in to his hand rears. Hes a fantastic wee character, full of personality and due to how mark rears them, he goes to our other family members too. Hes such a healthy wee bird too. Mark ensured Woody was eating etc well before he came home and remained in contact afterwards. If you’re looking to add a sun conure to your family or any other bird for that matter, go to mark. I got my girls Taki & Cheeto from Mark, and I am beyond grateful I did. He did an amazing job hand rearing them, as they are incredibly affectionate and full of personality. He sent me videos and pictures whenever I wanted to check in to see how they were doing. I also have boarded them with Mark and he took such good care of them, constantly keeping me updated with photos and videos! Best person by far to get a sun conure from!
